I find UI design to be a perfect mix of my interests as I enjoy learning user psychology, playing with colors and engaging in conversations that have a purpose.
At work
Empathy is my strongest link with my clients. I ask enough questions to gain insights from my clients to craft a product they would love. I then create sketches and digital prototypes that are validated by the client. Incorporating the changes on the go, the pixels are modified and reviewed until the design is shipped. Design. Review. Repeat!
Off work
When I am not online, you can find me reading books, being around family, experimenting with recipes, or engaging in activities that excite me. Enjoy. Relax. Repeat!

Led the design of several mobile and web applications from scratch singlehandedly. I am responsible for user research, creative problem solving, sketching, wireframing, prototyping and design review until developer handoff.

Rendered support for TCS's client - Citibank primarily triaging the defects in their online services. Responsibilities included extraction of logs, revalidation of defects, critical support during quarterly releases in APAC/EMEA markets and presenting KPI report to the client periodically
